Lama is a little village hung on the side of the mountain along the national road 1197 ("La Balanine"), between Ponte Leccia and Ile Rousse.

To reach it, from Bastia, you must take the direction of Ponte Leccia / Corte; in Ponte Leccia, take on the right towards Ile Rousse and Calvi. The road which takes up to Lama is located 20 km further on your right, between Pietralba and Urtaca.

Coming from Calvi, you must follow the road of the coast passing by Ile Rousse and l'Ostriconi. Then the road follows towards the inside of lands.Do not take the road of Saint-Florent on the left and continue towards Ponte Leccia. The road which leads to Lama is located 8 km further on your left, between Urtaca and Pietralba.
